The service
Turquoise is a group chat service for communities. A community is opened by an owner (moderator), who invites its members.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secret. One account can belong to several communities.
Moderators
Moderators are responsible for their community: whom they invite, how they moderate, and that its use complies with the law and these terms.
Acceptable use
Unlawful content, harassment, spam and attempts to identify or harm other members are prohibited. We may suspend communities or accounts that violate these rules.
Trial, subscription and locking
After approval, a community has a free trial of 10 days. Afterwards it is locked until a subscription is taken out; locked communities keep their data. Prices: [to be defined].
Termination
Owners can close their community at any time [process to be defined]. Members can leave a community by asking its moderators to remove them.
Liability
[Limitation of liability to be defined.]
Applicable law
